No booking fees • All taxes included (VAT, council tax & environmental fee)

Prepayment policy: 25% of the total price (for stays of 4 nights or longer & for groups up to 10 guests).
Modification policy: Free unlimited changes to booking dates (subject to availability and rates at the time of modification).
Cancellation policy: Prepayment is refundable if you cancel up to 14 days before check-in. No refund is available for cancellations on or after 14 days before check-in (applies to groups up to 10 guests).

House rules

Check-in time: after 15:00. An early check-in before 15:00 may be possible, although it cannot be confirmed in advance.

Check-out time: until 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability at the time of request and may incur additional charges.

Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Check-in requirements: All guests, regardless of age, must register with their full names and document numbers. A valid identity card or passport is required for each guest. Additionally, a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be requested for incidental charges.

If the number of arriving guests per room exceeds the number declared at booking, availability is not guaranteed and additional charges may apply.

Extra guests using existing beds: a child pays €6/night when sharing beds with adults and exceeding the room’s default capacity.

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors are allowed in the restaurant, pool, and bar areas.

Quiet hours: 23:00 - 07:00.

No parties, events or gatherings in rooms allowed.

Indoor and outdoor BBQ prohibited.

Smoking prohibited inside the rooms and in all indoor common areas. Smoking is allowed on balconies and outdoor areas.

Pets not allowed.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at the pool and in other common areas.

No outside food or drinks allowed in pool, bar or restaurant areas.

Keep all windows and doors closed when AC is on.

Any damages caused by guests must be reported and settled accordingly.

Any outstanding balance for accommodation should be paid on check-in.
